Q: Do you charge for parking?
A: NO, parking at Boondocks is free, if the lot is full there is also an overflow parking lot, also free to park in.
Q: Is there an age limit for The Asylum?
A: NO, however due to the graphic nature it is not recommended for small children. We have had young children go through and have a great time and adults who go through and are in tears, you’re the parent, you be the judge.
Q: Can I bring my dog?
A: Sorry, I know dogs are welcome most places in Denver, however, not at The Asylum; it’s just too darn scary for our furry friends. They’d probably be more comfortable in the car (ventilation please) with the other scaredy cats - err humans.
Q: Is the waiting area inside?
A: Typically the waiting area is outside, however, in inclement weather we will arrange for indoor waiting inside the Boondocks building.
Q: Once we've paid for admission are we able to go through again?
A: NO, however, you can purchase another ticket if you would like to walk through again.
Q: How long does it take to go through?
A: It’s really difficult to give an answer to this question, some groups run right through others take their time, guess it depends on how you deal with fear. The Asylum Haunted House is over 5,000 square feet, fairly large by comparison, so you’ll be in there long enough to get plenty scared!
Q: Is it really scary?
A: YES, It is really scary!
Q: Is The Asylum handicap accessible?
A: We do our best to be handicap accessible. There are usually some areas where it may be difficult to get a wheel chair; in these areas we typically provide a bypass.

A: On most busy nights there are police officers at the event.
Q: Can we be denied access to The Asylum?

A: NO, the actors will not touch you, please be respectful and do not touch them. Incidental unintentional contact may occur.
Q: What’s this one rated, or is it like other haunted houses in Denver?
A: We’re partial, so of course we think we’re the best! And in fact in 2006 so did Haunted Denver.com However, we do recommend that you visit several haunted houses, heck there only around once a year, and each one has something different to offer!
Q: Is it the same this year?
A: Nope, we change our layout and design every year. If there are audience favorites from past years, we may incorporate these areas into the new floor plan.
